Balletoning &
Power Workout Pointe

May 13-15, 2022

Franziska Wallner-Hollinek returns to the Casa de Balet with two workshops designed for all levels of training.

Balletoning | A workout with elements of classical ballet, contemporary dance, fitness, pilates; at the bar, floor and center designed to work the muscles to protect the joints, spine and bones.

Children from the age of 9, teenagers and adults can enroll, regardless of their level of training.

Power Workout Point

How much power, energy and especially muscle strength is needed for 32 fouette turns? Lots!

In this workshop we will work to gain this muscle strength.

Simple, basic exercises at the bar and in the center, but with many, many repetitions to build the right muscles.

The right muscles keep us safe from injuries and make us dance longer.

Power Workout Pointe is aimed at young people who practice classical ballet and want to improve their technique.

Young people aged 12+ with experience working on pointe.
