Cunningham based & Repertory Masterclass

Cunningham Technique® was developed by Merce Cunningham to train dancers for his company. The technique emphasizes clarity of form, coordination of torso and legwork, rhythmic accuracy, spatial awareness and virtuosity.

This Masterclass is a Cunningham inspired class held by mr. Muller, to share his expertise.

James Muller

James has spent his life so far working within the Dance industry. Having performed professionally as both a Classical and Contemporary Dancer for over twelve years, James is now a freelance lecturer in Dance across many educational institutions. He currently specialises in working with Pre -Vocational students but also enjoys teaching Adult and Community classes in London.

James has also worked as a Rehearsal Director for Richard Alston Dance Company and has choreographed professional work both in the UK and Germany.

James specialises in teaching Cunningham based technique and has staged the work of Richard Alston in both the UK and internationally.

HOW TO REGISTER?

The masterclass is aimed at young students over the age of 9 years - intermediate/advanced level.

The duration of a course is 60 min. / 120 min.
