MICHAEL FUSCALDO
Michael Fuscaldo is an Italian choreographer, dance educator, and artistic director, known for his refined artistic vision and strong commitment to professional dance training.
​
He is the founder and artistic director of NAC Ballet and MGR Events. His training took place in Italy and abroad, including studies at the Staatliche Ballettschule Berlin and the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet in ChiÈ™inău. As a performer, he worked with Albano’s Ballet Company in the United States and with the Proballet Company at the Ariston Theatre in Sanremo.

From an early age, Michael developed a strong vocation for teaching and choreography, focusing on the transmission of technical, theoretical, and artistic values. He believes dance to be a form of storytelling and communication, grounded in sensitivity, attention to detail, consistency, and respect for the creative process.
​
Founded in 2017, NAC Ballet is Michael’s artistic home, offering amateur, academic, and professional programs. The institution has guided students toward prestigious international schools and companies, including Rosella Hightower (Cannes), Delattre Dance Company (Mainz), Otradanza (Alicante), Ballet de Catalunya (Barcelona), the University Institute of Dance Alicia Alonso (Madrid), and Teatro alla Scala (Milan).

Michael Fuscaldo is an international guest teacher and choreographer, collaborating with institutions such as the Brussels International Ballet and Co-Leg (Cologne). His choreographic work has been presented across Europe and beyond, earning awards and international recognition.

At Ballet Workshops, Michael brings a balanced approach that combines artistic depth, pedagogical clarity, and international experience, supporting dancers in developing both strong technique and a clear artistic identity.
