NATALIA CIPMEANU

Natalia Cimpeanu has extensive stage experience, collaborating with prestigious opera and ballet institutions in Europe. She has worked as a professional dancer with the “Oleg Danovski” National Ballet of Romania, the State Opera of Ruse, Bulgaria, as well as with the Zurich Opera and Bühne Bern.

From 2015 to 2018, she was the recipient of the Fiona Campbell Scholarship, which gave her the opportunity to study at the Royal Academy of Dance in London. In parallel with her artistic activity, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors (BA Hons) from the Royal Academy of Dance, as well as a Master of Arts (MA) in teaching dance for professionals from the University of the Arts Zurich (ZHdK). She is accredited as an associate and licensed teacher (ARAD and LRAD) of the Royal Academy of Dance.

 

Currently, Natalia carries out her pedagogical activity at the Zurich Ballet and Contemporary Academy, as well as at the Ballettschule für das Opernhaus Zürich, contributing to the training of the new generation of dancers through a high-level academic and artistic approach.
